Arrow Players Rewards – FAQ
  1. What is Arrow Player Rewards?
     
    1. Arrow Player Rewards is Arrow’s new FREE loyalty program that is designed to reward loyal patrons for their support and allows members to enter for EXCLUSIVE cash and prize giveaways.
    2. Arrow Player Rewards features three Membership Status Levels, monthly cash giveaways, quarterly status-level giveaways, Instant Win opportunities, and a few other surprises.
       
  2. Arrow Rewards Key Terms
     
    1. Check in: An entry made while at any Arrow location via the Arrow Player mobile app or by entering your phone number on an Arrow Player Rewards kiosk*.
    2. Status-Level Credit: Credits accumulated for each check in.
    3. Status Levels:
      1. Gold Status Level: 0-50 Status-Level Credits
      2. Platinum Status Level: 51-250 Status-Level Credits
      3. Diamond Status Level: 251+ Status-Level Credits
    4. Status-Level Earn Period: A designated time frame for Members to accumulate Status-Level Credits.
    5. In 2023, the earn periods are:
      1. Status-Level Earn Period 1: January-March
      2. Status-Level Earn Period 2: April-June
      3. Status-Level Earn Period 3: July-September
      4. Status-Level Earn Period 4: October-December
    6. Current Prize Period: The active giveaway
      1. Giveaways will run for different lengths of time depending on the month.
      2. One month can have multiple prize periods.
      3. The monthly event and prize calendar can be viewed on arrowplayer.com and the Arrow Player mobile app.
    7. Multiplier Days: Days designated by the Arrow Player Rewards program that allow a Member to gain additional Status-Level Credits and giveaway entries with each check in.
    8. Instant Wins: Random opportunities for Members to instantly win a prize upon completing a check in. Prizes range from cash, gift cards and status level upgrades.
      1. Instant Winners of cash and gift cards will receive a call from our third-party verification company - Eventlink.
      2. Status level upgrades are instantaneously awarded so winners can start receiving the new benefits right away. They do not require a verification phone call from EventLink.

    9. Quarterly Status-Level Giveaways: Giveaways that take place at the end of each Status-Level Earn Period. Each Status Level has its own prize package. Members only qualify for the giveaway of their matching status level.
       
  3. How Do I Sign Up?
     
    1. You can sign up for your free Arrow Player Rewards membership via the Arrow Player App, Arrow Player Rewards kiosk* or  desktop computer.
    2. If you’ve never participated in an Arrow giveaway before, you will need to fill out the entry form in its entirety, which should take no more than five minutes. Once done, press Submit. You are now registered and have entered Arrow Player Rewards for the first time.

  4. How Can I change the information listed on my profile?
     
    1. Log in to your Arrow Player Rewards account either on your mobile app or desktop. Once logged in, click on the menu (three white lines) in the upper left corner of your screen. Then select the Profile menu option. Update any necessary information. Finally, click the Submit button at the bottom to save your changes to your player profile.
       
  5. How Does it Work?
     
    1. Sign up for your FREE membership via Arrow Player mobile app or the Arrow Player Rewards kiosk*.
    2. Arrow Player Rewards Status Levels (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are based on check ins made over a designated period, or by exclusive invitation or Instant Win opportunity.
    3. Arrow Player Rewards Members can check in once an hour at ANY Arrow location.
    4. Rewards Members earn one Status-Level Credit with every check in.
    5. Rewards Members also earn an entry into the current prize period giveaway with each earned Status-Level Credit from a check in via the Arrow Player mobile app or the Arrow Player Rewards kiosk*.
    6. The number of giveaway entries a Rewards Member earns for each check in is based upon their current Membership Status Level.
    7. Gold: 1 Status-Level Credit = 1 entry into current prize period giveaway and quarterly status-level giveaway
    8. Platinum: 1 Status-Level Credit = 2 entries into current prize period giveaway and quarterly status-level giveaway
    9. Diamond: 1 Status-Level Credit = 3 entries into current prize period giveaway and quarterly status-level giveaway
    10. The more check ins you earn, the more bonus advantages you receive!
    11. Arrow Player Rewards Members can view their Status-Level Credits and giveaway entry counts on the Arrow Player app or log into their profile through a desktop.
    12. Multiplier Days are designated by the Arrow Player Rewards program that allow Members to gain additional Status-Level Credits and giveaway entries with each check in.
    13. Example 1: Bob, Gold Status, checks in on a triple multiplier day. Bob would receive three status-level credits, three entries into the current prize period giveaway, and three entries into the quarterly status-level giveaway.
    14. Example 2:Cindy, Diamond Status, checks in on a double multiplier day. Cindy would receive two status-level credits, six entries into the current prize period giveaway and six entries into the quarterly status-level giveaway

  6. How do Status Levels work and when do they reset?
     
    1. Arrow Player Rewards Status Levels (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are based on check ins made over a designated period, or by exclusive invitation or Instant Win opportunity.
    2. Gold Status Level: 0-50 Status-Level Credits
    3. Platinum Status Level: 51-250 Status-Level Credits
    4. Diamond Status Level: 251+ Status-Level Credits
    5. Rewards Members earn one Status-Level Credit with every check in.
    6. Membership status is evaluated at the end of each Status-Level Earn Period.
    7. Status-Level Earn Period 1: January-March
    8. Status-Level Earn Period 2: April-June
    9. Status-Level Earn Period 3: July-September
    10. Status-Level Earn Period 4: October-December
    11. Membership status is maintained at the start of a new Status- Level Earn Period, but Status-Level Credit balances are reset to zero.
    12. Example: Bob hits Diamond Status in Earn Period 1. In Earn Period 2, Bob will still be Diamond Status.
    13. Rewards Members must again continue to check in to earn the needed amount of Status-Level Credits within the new earn period to maintain their status level.
    14. Example: Tim begins Status-Level Earn Period 2 as Diamond. At the end of June, Tim has 240 Status-Level Credits. Tim did not meet the 251 needed credits for Diamond again, therefore, Tim will be Platinum Status at the start of Status-Level Earn Period 3.
       
  7. What is the Arrow Player mobile app?
     
    1. The Arrow Player app is a tool for you to enter Arrow Player Rewards when at any Arrow location to earn entries into current prize period giveaway and quarterly status-level giveaway. You can also use the app to see your progress in Arrow Player Rewards. You can see how many entries you have received and your progress toward raising your Status Level. You can also find Arrow locations near you, view past winners, view monthly prize calendar that include information about our multiplier days and much more!

  8. How do I log into my app?
     
    1. After downloading the Arrow Player app, type in the phone number associated with your profile. This will be the same number that you enter on a kiosk when making a check in. In the Password box, enter the password you created when you originally set up your profile. Once complete, hit Log In.
       
  9. How Do I check in?
     
    1. Arrow Player App: While at an Arrow location, download/open your app while in the gaming area. On the homepage of your app, click the gold 'Check In' button to make your check-in. You can check in once per hour.
    2. Kiosk*: While at an Arrow location, walk up to the Arrow Player Rewards kiosk, type in your phone number and press Enter. If this is the first time you are checking in to Arrow Player Rewards, follow the prompts to fill out and complete your profile. Make sure all information is accurate because this is how we will contact you if you are a winner.

  10. I tried to check in using the Arrow Player Rewards kiosk but it didn’t work. What do I do?
     
    1. When checking in to a kiosk or your Arrow Player app, you will receive a confirmation screen thanking you for checking in. If the kiosk or your Arrow Player app is not connected to the internet, the device will still recognize and record your check-in. Once the internet connection has been restored, your check-in will be logged to the database. If you have the Arrow Player app, you can verify your check-in history under the Entries menu option.
    2. If there is an error while checking in, or you think the kiosk is not working, please inform a staff member so they can report the issue.
       
  11. My Arrow Player mobile app is crashing. What do I do to fix it?
     
    1. If your app is crashing, it may be because there is an app update ready to be downloaded in the Google Play or App Store. Check to see if an update is available and download if so. If an update is not available, try deleting the app and re-downloading it. 
       
  12. How do I check in if the kiosk is down at the location?
     
    1. If the Arrow Player Rewards kiosk* is down at an Arrow location, you can make an entry using our Arrow Player app. To do this, while in the gaming area, download/open the app and sign into your account. On the homepage, click the 'Check In' button to make your check in.
