Fry-Day Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THE FRY-DAY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (“SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES”) OUTLINED HEREIN AND THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE ARROW REWARDS PROGRAM (“ARROW REWARDS PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES”), WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, February 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on Friday, April 3, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Eventlink, LLC’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

The Fry-Day Sweepstakes. The Fry-Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) allows entrants to enter for a chance to win one (1) of the offered prizes pursuant to these Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Prize

One (1) BLACKSTONE 28” GRIDDLE WITH HOOD approximate retail value $375

There will be up to, and no more than, fifteen (15) prizes randomly awarded each Friday during the Sweepstakes (February 20, 2026; February 27, 2026; March 6, 2026; March 13, 2026; March 20, 2026; March 27, 2026; and April 3, 2026), subject to the number of contestants that properly Check-In to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. For purposes of each Friday’s prize, only proper Check-Ins received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the applicable Friday will be eligible for that Friday’s prize. Check-Ins received after 11:59 p.m. ET on a given Friday will not be eligible for that Friday’s prize but will remain eligible for any subsequent weekly prize occurring during the Sweepstakes Period. No more than one (1) prize may be awarded to any individual during the Sweepstakes Period. The total prize pool has a maximum approximate retail value of $39,375.

No substitution of a prize is offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, no transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted, and a prize may not be redeemed for cash value. Limit of one (1) prize per person per household.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with American Business Solutions, Blackstone or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, or assigns. The use of any non-Sponsor trademarks, service marks, logos, or other marks/names in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize is not meant by Sponsor to imply the endorsement of the respective owner(s) of such marks, or any affiliation of the respective owner(s) of such marks with Sweepstakes advertisements or the Sweepstakes.

Odds. The odds of winning a prize on an applicable Friday depend on the total number of eligible Check-Ins received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the applicable Friday. For each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period, the number of prizes allocated to a participating state will be equal to the greater of: (a) one (1) prize; or (b) one (1) prize for every seven hundred (700) unique eligible Check-Ins received in that state as of the applicable drawing date, rounded down to the nearest whole number. Each participating state will have at least one (1) winner awarded during the overall Sweepstakes Period, provided sufficient eligible entries are received from that state. In no event will more than fifteen (15) prizes be awarded in total across all participating states in any single Friday drawing, and no more than one hundred five (105) prizes will be awarded during the entire Sweepstakes Period. For example, if there are 5,000 unique eligible Check-Ins in a particular state as of an applicable Friday, seven (7) prizes may be allocated to that state for the applicable Friday, subject to the maximum of fifteen (15) total prizes awarded for that Friday.

How to Enter. During the Sweepstakes Period, members of the Arrow Rewards Program (the “Arrow Rewards Members”) who properly Check-In at a participating establishment in Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana or New Hampshire during the Participating Establishment’s regularly posted business hours, will be entered into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) of the prizes.

To “Check-In”, you must:

(i) Enter your phone number on the Rewards Program Kiosk (“Kiosk”) where available; or

(ii) Click “Check-In” on the Arrow Rewards Program App (“App”).

There is no purchase, donation, or fee required to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. There is a limit of one (1) Check-In per person, per one (1) hour period, per Participating Establishment (via either the Kiosk or App).

Additional Means of Entry (“AMOE”). You may also Check-In during the Sweepstakes Period by sending an email to arrowrewards@arrowinternational.com with the subject line “AMOE FRY-DAY SWEEPSTAKES” and your permanent address included the body of the email. AMOE submissions will be entered into the Sweepstakes and must be received by 11:59 p.m. on ET Friday, April 3, 2026. One (1) AMOE per person per day is allowed during the Sweepstakes Period. Residents of the following states are ineligible to use AMOE submission: Florida, Rhode Island, New York, Hawaii, California, and Louisiana.

For a Check-In to be “unique”, it must be submitted by a participant that complies with these Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Participants acknowledge that their entry becomes the property of the Sponsor once entered.

Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and only open to legal U.S. residents except “Parties Ineligible Pursuant to Charitable Gaming Laws” as provided here and “Excluded Parties”, as defined in the Arrow Rewards Program Official Rules, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Residents of Florida, Rhode Island, New York, Hawaii, California, and Louisiana are not eligible to participate. Eligibility is further subject to a contestants’ compliance with the rules and conditions outlined within these Sweepstakes Official Rules and is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. To be eligible to obtain a Sweepstakes’ prize, an individual must have legitimately entered the Sweepstakes before obtaining a prize. Employees of Sponsor and Eventlink, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any key employees of participating venues, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering and participating in this sweepstakes, contestants agree to the terms of the Sweepstakes Official Rules and the Arrow Rewards Program Official Rules and that they are eligible under both rules to participate and acknowledge that Sponsor is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to Sweepstakes prize winners who are in violation of these Sweepstakes Official Rules or applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. In case of conflict between the Sweepstakes Official Rules and the Arrow Rewards Program Official Rules, the Sweepstakes Official Rules take precedence. Parties Ineligible Pursuant to Charitable Gaming Laws: Key employees of licensed charitable gaming organizations; North Dakota: Employees of licensed charitable gaming organizations.

Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification. Each Friday during the Sweepstakes Period, potential winners will be randomly selected by Arrow International, Inc. from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the applicable Friday, as provided in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Potential winners will be notified within fifteen (15) days following the applicable Friday via the email/text that they used to register for the Arrow Rewards Program or email they used to submit the AMOE. Sponsor shall have no liability for the prizewinner’s failure to receive winning notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the prizewinner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If an email to a prizewinner’s email is returned as undeliverable, the participant is ineligible pursuant to these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or a prizewinner declines a prize, that prize will become void as to that prizewinner and the Sponsor will again try to have the prize randomly awarded to a different eligible entrant. Prizewinners may forfeit a prize if they fail to respond to a prize winner notification within three (3) days.

Receipt by a prize winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with these Sweepstakes Official Rules and all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All potential prize winners are subject to verification, including, but not limited to, verification of age and residency. Sponsor will provide prize winner an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release which they must sign and return to Sponsor within seven (7) daysollowing the date of first attempted notification in order to confirm eligibility. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate prizewinnerat the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded within ten (10) days of the return of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES BY A PRIZEWINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THAT PRIZEWINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL OF THAT PERSON’S PRIVILEGES AS A PRIZEWINNER WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY UPON WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH VIOLATION.

Restrictions, Limitations, and Conditions. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize for an item of equal or greater value to the retail value of the prize in the event that an offered prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor may also provide the prizewinner with a document evidencing the prizewinner’s unconditional right to receive the prize they won if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizewinners are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with their prize acceptance and use, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses, costs, or fees related to the acceptance and use of a prize, including shipping and handling. Any prize won by deceit, fraud, trickery, misrepresentation, or any other unlawful act is void. By accepting a prize, each prize winner agrees to self-report the prizewinner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. If a prize has a value of $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the prizewinner a Form 1099 as required by the Internal Revenue Code. Prizewinners will not receive compensation from the Sponsor for prizes the prizewinner is unable to use for any reason.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstakes Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes or Arrow Rewards Program is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of participants, technical failures, or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsor or 3rd Party Verification Company, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or the Arrow Rewards Program, Sponsor or 3rd Party Verification Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to invalidate any Check-In or disqualify any entry and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or randomly select a winner from valid entries received prior to such action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor or 3rd Party Verification Company in their sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Sweepstakes or Arrow Rewards Program, notice thereof will be posted at https://arrowplayersclub.com. Sponsor and 3rd Party Verification Company reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify from the Sweepstakes and Arrow Rewards Program, any individual found to be tampering with the Check-In process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Arrow Rewards Program or to be acting in violation of the Sweepstakes Official Rules or Arrow Program Official Rules. If any provision of these Sweepstakes Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR KIOSK, TAMPER WITH THE CHECK-IN PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ARROW REWARDS PROGRAM, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND 3RD PARTY VERIFICATION COMPANY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Privacy Policy. Any personally identifiable information collected from an entrant during participation in the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with all applicable laws and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, as stated at https://arrowplayersclub.com/privacy_policy.

Publicity. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor the irrevocable right and permission to use their name and any submissions provided as part of the entry process (the "Submission") for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes, without further permission, notice, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability/Indemnification. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not liable for entries not received in a timely manner.

Disputes. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees as follows: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal or state courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering and participating in this Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues, claims, disputes, and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor or 3rd Party Verification Company in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than state of Ohio.

For example, if there are 9000 unique check-ins in a state there will be a total of 15 prizes.
